We want to spend every minute with you, however, a late arrival will deprive you of your special treatment time. In fairness to others, if you are more than 10 minutes late for a service your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be charged at full value of the service missed.

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us 24 hours in advance. All services rescheduled or cancelled on same day of an appointment or missed without notice, 100% of treatment value will be charged to your credit card on file.

ALL NEW CLIENTS must email Michelle in order to book the first appointment. New clients book 6-8wks in advance. Please include your preferred time and date, and allow 48hrs for a response. A credit card is required to secure an appointment time for all new clients. We honor Visa, MasterCard, and Venmo for your convenience. All prices and schedules are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion.
